We are so grateful to everyone who makes this annual event possible from our hosts, to our partners, to each of you who come year after year to share your memories and leave a little love on the Tree for those no longer with us. We truly appreciate the honour of being a part of your holiday traditions.

This year’s Tree collected over 1,500 cards and raised an amazing over $13,000 in donations! Thank you SO MUCH!

Memory Tree – December 24, 2023

The Memory Tree, started in 1987, is a special place to help ease the pain of grief during the holiday season.

The holiday season is traditionally a time of joy for most. But, for those grieving, it can inspire feelings of loss, loneliness and social isolation. Many grieving people feel out of step with the world around them, yet are reluctant to admit their pain. The Memory Tree provides a way to acknowledge and remember people who have died.

Every card submitted is kept to bless and burn at the
Light the Memories Ceremony in 2024.
